Governor Brian Kemp, in conjunction with the Office of Student Achievement, invites all alumni of the Governor's Honors Program (GHP) to update their contact information. GOSA is working to build an extensive alumni database in order to better inform alumni and develop opportunities for alumni engagement.
Governor's Honors Program 50th Anniversary Gala Video
To mark the 50th anniversary of GHP, Gov. Deal and the First Lady hosted a gala on October 19, 2013 at the Governor's Mansion. The event celebrated the program's history with alumni from spanning the fifty years and provided a strong foundation for the future of the program. This video includes interviews from GHP alumni at the gala talking about the transformative impact the program had on their lives.
