Gov. Deal Names Martha Ann Todd as GOSA's Executive Director

Mrs. Todd joined GOSA on March 1st after serving as Associate Superintendent of Teacher and Leader Effectiveness at the Georgia Department of Education. She has over thirty years of experience in both teaching and leadership positions at the school, district, and state level. “I am honored to be entrusted with this position and to be associated with the well-respected and accomplished team at GOSA. Together we will continue to focus on successfully meeting the Governor’s strategic objectives for education in Georgia,” she said.

Mrs. Todd holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from Emory University, an M.Ed in Educational Leadership from Columbus State University, and an Ed. S. in Educational Leadership from Georgia College & State University. She replaces Bonnie Holliday, who has taken a position as Executive Director of the re-established Georgia Charter Schools Commission.
