In her current role, she manages the cross-agency GA AWARDS longitudinal data system, which serves the state’s education research and reporting agenda to improve student achievement. In addition, she oversees all state, federal, and grant finances by providing direction and support, maximizing use of funds, and ensuring overall operations are within budget and aligned with the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) and legislative standards. Prior to joining GOSA, she worked in the Georgia Technology Authority's Vendor Management Organization where she managed a statewide voice system replacement project, managed vendor Service Level Agreements, and provided IT consulting services to state and local government agencies. She has also worked for Georgia Department of Administrative Services and Georgia Department of Corrections in their IT/Telecom departments. She is certified in Juran Quality, ITIL, PMP, and ScrumMaster methodologies.
