Evaluation and Research Reports
Evaluation Reports
GOSA works with external and internal researchers to analyze and report on the effectiveness of educational programs and the status of student learning in Georgia. GOSA publishes evaluation reports for a variety of grants and innovative programs.
Research Reports
Periodically, the Governor's Office of Student Achievement (GOSA) publishes an analysis of a topic relevant to education in Georgia. GOSA also works with researchers in the field to conduct more in-depth investigations. These reports attempt to link theory, policy, and practice and intend to bring to light important information that is generally not focused upon by education communities or the media. Research Reports may be original analyses of raw data, discussions of new, high-profile national reports and studies, explanations of descriptive data that is already available, or a combination of all three. GOSA hopes these analyses will inform classroom practice and education reform.
