Using knowledge gained from her studies and degrees in Middle Grades Education, Administration and Supervision, and Education Leadership, Charre' served as the Professional Learning Director, Title II Director, School Improvement Specialist, Endorsement Developer and Instructor, GOSA Growing Readers Specialist, and GOSA GSLA Induction and Teacher Leader Coach and Design Team member. Prior to joining RESA, Charre' served 17 years in the public school system as a Middle Grades and Post Secondary Teacher, Assistant Principal, and Principal. She also served as a District Director of Special Education, Section 504, Hospital Homebound, Gifted, and ESOL Programs.

In her current role, Charre' designs and manages the Teacher Leader Support Program. Her goal is to ensure that participants are provided with the opportunity to explore their role as a leader from the classroom in order to develop specific teacher leader skills and competencies which support building capacity at their schools.
