Rhonda Burns

As the Business Operations Manager, Rhonda assists the COO with agency budgets, oversees GOSA's daily operations, manages all agency financial payments/receipts, contracts, and staff management and reporting.

Before starting with GOSA, Rhonda worked for the Georgia Student Finance Commission (GSFC) as a Program Administrator. In that role, she managed the state’s scholarship, grant, and loan programs, such as the HOPE Scholarship, Zell Miller Scholarship, and Student Access Loan. Prior to GSFC, she worked as an analyst for the Coca-Cola Company and Hewlett Packard. Rhonda has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of New Orleans, lives in Stone Mountain, and has one son in college.
