2024-2025 Student Mobility Definition
Student mobility is defined as the share of students who enter or withdraw from a school during the academic year. At the school level, the mobility rate reflects the percentage of students moving in and out of a specific school, while at the district level, it captures the weighted average of school-level mobility rates across all schools within the district.
